50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your appointment with the remaining balance paid on the day.
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Our policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and continue providing high-quality holistic therapy services to all our clients. Please read the information below carefully.
Please give at least 24hr notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you fall into that time frame or don’t show for your appointment you will need to pay the full fee of your treatment.
